All fine , I was unable to order the bag initially but after a call to Customer Services I was sent a link and all sorted. Quick delivery . I’ve had several Grandma is Good bags since my first grandson was born 12 years ago( there have been 2 more grandsons since ). I find them very useful and very spacious when taking things to my daughter’s house when I’m looking after the boys . Just one slight negative - the handles wear out quite quickly compared to the bags but I’ve always been happy to buy another one !
